LOCATION OF DATA PROCESSING
The data relating to use of the web services of this site and interactions with Euromeccanica are processed at the address above solely by the staff of Euromeccanica appointed as data processors. No personal data is disclosed unless specific consent is given.
The personal data provided by the interested parties are used only to perform the service requested and are disclosed to third parties only if necessary for the purpose or to fulfil a contractual or legal obligation.

CATEGORIES OF DATA PROCESSED
Navigation data
During their normal activities, the computerised systems and software processes used for ensuring the correct performance of this website constantly acquire personal data. The transmission of such data is implicit in the use of the internet based on the TCP/IP protocol.
These are data that are not specifically collected to be associated with identified individuals. However, due to their nature, their processing and association with other data held by third parties could indeed allow the identification of users who are browsing.
Data may include the "IP addresses" or domain names of the computers used by the users to visit the website, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation addresses of the requested resources, request times, methods used to submit the requests to the web server, the sizes of the files obtained in response, the numerical codes indicating the status of the response given by the web server, and other data regarding the computer environments of users.
The purposes of the processing of navigation data are to obtain anonymous statistical information on use of the site, improve the user's experience, and maintain Euromeccanica's website. It should be noted that the aforesaid data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of computer crimes against the Euromeccanica website or any structures of the data controller appointed by Euromeccanica, or other connected or associated sites.
The legal basis is the Legitimate Interest as per Article 6, letter f) and recital 47: processing is necessary for pursuit of the legitimate interest of the data controller or third parties, provided that the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the person concerned that require the protection of personal data do not prevail, taking into account the reasonable expectations of the person concerned based on his relationship with the data controller.
The processing of navigation data is necessary to maintain the site and provide the navigation service on the platform.
Data intentionally supplied
The exchange of communications via e-mail addresses, forms on the site, telephone numbers or postal addresses of the Owner or direct contact with the staff of the Owner involves the acquisition of personal data (such as name, surname, telephone number, email address, etc.), as well as any special data voluntarily given by the person concerned.
The purpose of processing is to manage the required service and meet the specific requirements of interested parties, or to manage the pre-contractual or contractual relationship that arises.
The legal basis for processing is a contract signed by the data subject, or the implementation of measures preliminary to the contract at the request of the data subject (Article 6, para. 1, letter b) of EU Regulation 2016/679).
The provision of data is optional but failure to provide the data may make it impossible to fulfil requests or establish and manage the relationship described.
Data provided for promotional communications
With the consent to the processing of data for the purposes of marketing or promotion, Euromeccanica processes the contact data (for example, e-mail, telephone number, address, etc.) received by those concerned for sending direct email communications, newsletters and/or promotional communications relating to activities and/or services of its own or third parties. Consent to the processing of personal data for promotional purposes is optional and refusal to give this consent does not affect the management of requests for contact or estimates.
E-mail addresses of Euromeccanica's customers
The e-mail addresses provided by customers may be used by the Owner to send advertising material relating to services similar to those provided under the terms of the business relationship in place. The interested party may, at any time, request not to be sent any further material by writing to: privacy@euromeccanicagroup.com or following the simple instructions provided in the individual emails.
DATA PROCESSING PROCEDURE, CONSERVATION TIMES AND SAFETY MEASURES

Except for legal obligations, the data are processed for the period necessary to provide the User with services, or for the time required for the purposes described in this document.
The navigation data referred to in point 2.1 will be stored by the systems for the duration of the browsing session. The statistical navigation data are stored for 26 months. For more information, see the cookie policy.

The data provided for the purposes referred to in points 2.3 and 2.4 are kept until the consent is revoked.
Specific security measures are observed to prevent the loss of data, disclosure, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorised access.
